We are so excited you have chosen to begin your yoga journey. Rest assured that this is a fabulous idea. Read this guide to help you feel comfortable before your first class.
Ages 16 and up only.
-Every body is a yoga body. We have something for everyone, whether this is your first yoga class or you are an experienced yogi.
-We want you to reap the rewards of proper alignment and deep breathing in all of our classes, so we will walk around and guide you through out class.
-Arrive 15 minutes before class for registration and mat set up.
-We lock the doors when class begins (this helps us protect your personal belongings).
-What to bring:
-We have lululemon mats available for rent for $1, feel free to bring your own mat if you like.
-Bring your own water.
-Complimentary face towels provided
-Our classes are done barefoot, we have cubbies for your shoes and belongings.
What to wear- wear what you feel comfortable in. Most people wear work out clothes such as leggings and tanks. Tip- try to wear a top that will not slip up. Those with long hair may want to consider tying it up during class.
-We have changing rooms and bathrooms available for your use. We do not have showers available.
