Please arrive 10 minutes before each class. If it is your first class, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before class begins for registration. The doors lock when class begins (this is so we can help keep your belongings safe during practice). To attend our scheduled classes, you are always welcome to walk in or sign up ahead of time by clicking "schedule" above. Classes fill up fast so we recommend signing up online.
We invite every one to come as early as they like before class, set up your mat and begin relaxing or chatting with fellow yogis!

This is our most energizing class designed for folks who want to sweat and strengthen. ALL SKILL LEVELS WELCOME. Expect a dynamic vinyasa flow finished with relaxing postures. Room is heated above body temperature.
This is our slowed down version of Vinyasa Flow. In this class we spend more time warming up the body with gentle poses and more time in our relaxing postures towards the end. Great for those newer to yoga or dealing with minor mobility issues and injuries. Room is heated above body temperature.
This is our deep, myofascial release class. This class incorporates props and gentle long held postures. This class compliments flow yoga and high intensity workouts. Room is warmed but not heated above body temperature.
This class is half Vinyasa Flow and half Yin Yoga. We begin by warming up the body and flowing through a strengthening and dynamic Vinyasa Flow (expect to sweat in the first half of the class). We then finish the class with Yin Yoga postures, where floor poses are held for long periods of time. Yin Yoga is a myofascial release that brings lightness to the body and a deep release of connective tissue.
